Shopping centres are our thing and where we feel most at home.

Adrian, our director, has spent the last 10 years immersed in the ​building industry. His career started in a family residential ​construction company. Seven years later, Adrian moved into the ​commercial sector with the appointed role of a site manager ​within a large construction company. Three years later, Adrian ​was ready to spread his wings and fly solo which is when ​Penchant Projects was created.

Specialising in shopping malls, Adrian gravitated towards this type ​of construction as he enjoys working with both the owners and ​tenants, ensuring everyone’s needs are taken into consideration.

Our portfolio doesn’t just include shopping malls though, we love ​our stand alone commercial projects too so don’t hesitate to ​reach out whatever your project may be.
